first step in the auction process is to have
one of our auction managers inspect your
line-up of equipment and yard site. When
preparing a proposal all location options
will be considered including on-site at
your location, at our auction facility or a
combination of the two. |

arrive at a Kramer Auction they are introduced to a
professional and comfortable
atmosphere of first class
auction equipment that is
second to none. A fleet that
includes late model sound
trucks, office trailers, restroom
trailers, parking lot delivery
vehicles, customer seating and
more. Located near North
Battleford along the busy
Yellowhead Highway#16 is
Kramer's Big Bid Barn. The first
class auction facility is home
to Kramer's head office,
auction yard and trailer

| AUCTION SET-UP & CLEANING For the most part, sellers line-up and
prepare their own auctions with the
guidance and advice of their auction
representative. Although, if required,
Kramer's have available a complete
auction set-up service. This includes an
experienced crew of auction set-up personnel along with a truck, trailer and skid steer.
This service is available to help with some or all of your auction set-up. This service is
becoming more popular each year. Kramer's can also arrange commercial equipment
cleaners to help you wash and clean your equipment. Either way you choose, Kramer's
are meticulous with planning your auction set-up. They have all the details covered from
site planning, parking, equipment line-up and shop tools and miscellaneous display, etc. |

On April 16 2010, we held our farm auction. We contracted Kramer Auctions Ltd. in North Battleford to facilitate our auction. We were extremely pleased with the efficient, professional and friendly service they provided.
We first contacted them in late November and within a week a team visited our farm, assessed and listed our machinery and auction items. Through out the winter they remained in contact with phone calls and emails, checking on our preparation, gathering pictures and confirming details.
The advertising was comprehensive with internet, posters and newspaper listings in both regional and local papers. We know it was effective by the numerous inquires we had prior to the day and the large crowd that attended on sale day.
A few days before the sale, their set up team arrived on a rainy cool spring morning. They had an organized plan and worked all day in the mud and the rain without a word of complaint. When they left, the job was done and we looked ready for an auction.
The day of the sale they sent a large team of auctioneers, spotters, office staff and yard men. They delivered a well co-ordinated team. We especially felt they went the extra mile to get good value for our equipment. They presented well in clean, identifiable clothing. All staff were polite, friendly and maintained a high degree of professional conduct. Even the washrooms were clean and well maintained. There high level of organization was particularly evident with the smooth process that the internet bids and the proxy bids were incorporated into the regular bidding.
The day went smoothly and the follow up of financing and releasing equipment was prompt and efficient. We were very pleased with our auction, the bottom line even exceeded their initial estimate. We would certainly recommend Kramer Auctions Ltd.
