1. Click on the "FAQ / Tech Help " box at the bottom of this page and read the common user errors and questions we receive. Once you have familiarized yourself with that, click on the "Terms and Conditions" box at the bottom of the FAQ / Tech Help page or the bottom of this page. The terms and conditions page of the online auction will open.
2. Read the Terms and Conditions and click the "I Agree" button at the bottom of that page. This will open the Login / Registration page.
3. Click on the button labeled"REGISTER" located in the lower centre of that page. The registration box will open. Complete all information requested and make sure you have entered your email address correctly. Register Only Once! An inactive bid number and password will be sent to the email address you specified in your registration.
4. Once registered you must request your bank or lender to fax a letter of reference on their bank letterhead with a date and signature of the contact person to: Kramer Auction Sales Ltd., Attn: Online Auction Division - fax # 306-445-5003 or email to joanne@kramerauction.com . A formal letter of credit is not required but we do require a letter of reference from your bank or lender on their letterhead with a date and signature of the contact person, stating you are a customer in good standing. Kramer Auction Sales Ltd. will hold this letter of reference valid for a one year period at which time it will need to be renewed. There are no exceptions to this. Due to hundreds of registrations, this letter is used to verify that you registered and prevents false registrations or registrations by minors. Upon receipt of your bank letter of reference we will activate your bid number and password for online bidding. This becomes your permanent online auction bid number and password. You will then have access to all future online auctions held by Kramer Auction Sales Ltd. with that same bid number and password. NOTE: Registrations and reference letters must be received at our office a minimum of 24 hrs prior to an auction to guarantee your bid number and password will be activated in time for that auction.
5. AUCTION LOGIN: Once your bid number and password has been activated you will be ready to bid live online at all of our future online auctions, during the one year term of your Letter of Reference. Simply click the link below that reads "AUCTION TERMS & LOGIN"; the terms and conditions page of the auction will open; click the "I Agree" button at the bottom of that page to agree to the terms of that auction and the login page will open. Enter your permanent bid number and password in the respective boxes and click the login button. You are now ready to bid online! Remember to read the FAQ and Tech Help page. There are many helpful tips on that page to ensure your online auction experience will be a rewarding one.
