The advertising was superb and I had phone calls from Calgary to Brandon and countless places in between. Prior to sale day many people stopped in to view the equipment; - during our visits and discussions and on more than one occasion many said: "You'll be glad you have Kramer doing your sale because Neil will get every dollar possible out of every item!"

At sales end I found that to be true, as the net returns were 25 to 30 percent higher than I had anticipated.

We wish to thank all of you from the bottom of our hearts for a very successful auction sale. It was the talk of the North Battleford area for quite awhile. This letter is being written 5 months after the date of the auction sale and we still have people telling us that we had an unbelievable sale with tremendous results.

Judging by the phone calls we had leading up to the sale was proof that your advertising is superb. One of the biggest consignment sales ever was held in Saskatoon the day before our sale. Some people were telling us that it was going to hurt our sale. They were proven wrong. Knowing that we had the Kramer Team in charge of our auction we were never concerned or worried about this huge consignment sale affecting our sale in any negative way.

Hosting a farm auction is a big responsibility which is made much easier with the help of all of you. Many different thoughts and emotions go through a person during the days leading up to the sale and also on the morning of the sale. But when Neil, Brendan, Kim and their staff show up in the morning, any doubts, anxiety or nervousness disappear. Hello Kim,

Our family would like to say a very sincere thank you to you and your Dad and all of your staff for doing such a great job at our Auction Sale on April 24th. Your services were so professional; you definetely gave the extra effort to get the extra dollars for us, and the setup and organization was outstanding. We have had a tremendous ammount of compliments about the Auction Sale, as to how clean and organized everything was, the friendliness and professionalism of the Kramer staff, and what a good idea it was to have the Auction Sale spread out over 3 yards sites with lots of room.

Lots of compliments on the Food Service as well; please pass that along.

Thank you to you and your Dad for treating Wendy and I so compassionately, (I know it wasn't easy at times), as it was a very, very rough time for us. We were both wore out physically and emotionally, and were just going through the motions of "getting it done". It was a day to be shared with our husbands, but that was not to be, and we felt our whole lifetime together was on the Auction Block. Thank you for understanding this. Your compassion was noticed by the general public, especially our friends and family. We are still recovering.

The whole community is still bragging about the "Perkins/Belik Auction Sale" and how well attended and successful it was.

There were 3 other auction sales within a week in our immediate area and 2 of them were disasters. We chose well!!

Just dropping a line to Neil, his two sons and the remainder of the staff at Kramer Auction Sales. We were so impressed with the professionalism of all the staff at Kramer's. When Neil and his crew drove in the yard the morning of the sale, they were extremely organized as well as efficient. They just "took control".....our job was done.

This was a joint Auction Sale with my sister Susan Perkins and her family and was an emotional day for all as our sale was not on a happy note due to the untimely death of our husbands and the fact that we were still many years from retirement.

Our "life" went on the auction block... so many good memories were attached to some of the equipment. Neil, Kim and Brendan were very compassionate, understanding and patient with us in the decision making leading up to the sale and we sincerely appreciated that. That was my first impression of the Kramer family when I first met with Neil and Brendan and that was why Kramer Auction Sales was my first choice.

We set benchmarks as to what we'd like to see for prices on equipment based on information from newspapers, equipment dealers etc. EVERY piece of equipment exceeded our expectations....Neil, his sons and his staff worked hard auctioning to bring us top dollar on all the equipment. Kramer's wide spread advertising attracted a very large crowd along with a fair amount of internet bidding.

There's lots of emotion attached to the decision to have a farm auction since it almost always indicates the end of a farming career for the seller. Once the decision is made the first question that arises is "Which auction company do we get to handle our sale to maximize our returns and our satisfaction?" This wasn't really too hard for us to answer - Kramer instantly came to mind. We've been in the marketing business ourselves so we know what it takes to be successful - professionals who know their business.

Right from the initial consultation to the presentation of the auction results on our sale day, the team from Kramer showed just how professional they were. This is a late thank you, your Company, and Staff for the excellent and professional manner in organizing, planning, and conducting our recent farm sale. We were especially pleased with the financial returns and the fact everything sold including machinery, equipment, granaries, and numerous pallets of shop tools and supplies.

Although I have attended many large and small sales over the years, I didn't realize the numerous professional techniques needed with the planning, setting up, and advertising the sales. The following is a brief list we felt were important and appreciated.
